We offer Standard Delivery only and all orders are shipped by either USPS or UPS.

Orders placed by 1pm on a business day (Monday thru Friday) should be delivered within 7 business days from your order date. We can not control delays by the delivery carriers which may extend that timeframe.

We are currently only shipping domestic orders at this time.

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don't see it, it could be in your SPAM folder.

When ordering online as a registered customer, you can always double check that an order has been successful by checking your order history.

To do this, go to ‘My Account’ and then select ‘My order history’. This will show you all successful orders along with the order status.

Yes.  You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is ready to be shipped. The email will include a link which will enable you to track your order.

Please be aware that information relating to your order may not be available to view immediately after it leaves us – if this is the case, please try again the following day.

Yes, please enter your delivery address during checkout.

If you would like to send orders to more than one address, please place a separate order for each delivery address.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible.

This can be done through our Contact Us page or by emailing us at hello@colorwowhair.com. We can assist in updating your address before your order ships.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive. If it is already after 7 business days, please email us at hello@colorwowhair.com and we will be happy to investigate this for you.

During business hours orders can be canceled within two hours of the order being placed. Outside of business hours or beyond the two hours we cannot guarantee your order will be canceled.

Please send us a message with your request to cancel and include your order number. Once we have received your request, we will process your cancellation.

You will receive a confirmation from Color Wow Customer Service that your order has been cancelled and that the funds will be reversed. If you have further questions or need additional help, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to assist you with any inquiries you may have.

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

We will investigate the tracking information to determine if the order has been delayed or lost in transit.

In cases where there have been no updates on the tracking and the package is deemed lost, we will arrange to ship a replacement order to you.

Once the replacement is shipped, you will receive new tracking information.

We understand the importance of receiving your products promptly and will do our best to address any delays or issues.

If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, there could be several reasons for this discrepancy.

It's possible that the delivery was made to a neighboring address by mistake or the package is still with the courier service awaiting delivery.

We recommend checking around your residence or with neighbors and if you're still unable to find your order, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate further for you.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service immediately. We will promptly ship a replacement for the damaged or defective item, and provide you with new tracking information.

Please let us know the problem, and if possible, provide photos of the damaged items to expedite the process.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving incorrect items. If you received incorrect products, the correct ones will be sent to you immediately.

When reporting an issue with your order, if available, please provide the numbers written next to 'Picked by' and 'Packed by' on your packing slip. This information helps us improve our service and prevent future mistakes.

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. The original order number must be provided to place a return and you’ll be refunded in full to your original payment method, including the cost of delivery.

Thank you for your question about returning a product. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations and we offer a refund process for such cases.

Kindly follow the steps below for a smooth return process:

First, please check if your purchase falls within the stated return window which is 30 days from the date of delivery.

Include your name, order number, and a brief note about why you are returning the product with the return package for our records.

Please note that we do not provide shipping labels for returns. You will need to arrange shipping at your own expense. Once your return is received, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment and an email notification will be sent to you.
