VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. You understand that you are providing your information to Federici Brands LLC (COLOR WOW) with offices at 195 Danbury Road, 3rd Floor, Wilton, Connecticut 06897 (“Sponsor”).
The Sponsor, Federici Brands LLC, uses Attentive (“Messaging Service”) as a text messaging marketing platform.

The Sponsor will use your personal data for the purposes of (i) administering this Giveaway; (ii) recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., cart reminders) from Sponsor delivered to the phone number used when signing up or any other number that you designate; (iii) delivering, analyzing, maintaining and supporting the Messaging Service; and (iv) enhancing the Messaging Service features and customizing and personalizing your experiences on the Messaging Service.
1. Eligibility: The Color Wow Dream Coat for a Year (2025) Sweepstakes/Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to those who enter the Giveaway on the Text Landing Page https://colorwow.attn.tv/p/qY3/landing-page and consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Sponsor in accordance with these Official Rules. Those who enter the Giveaway (“Entrants”) must be legal residents of the United States and 18 years or older/the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, outside the U.S., and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of Federici Brands LLC, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
2. SMS Terms: By signing up, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages (e.g., cart reminders) from Sponsor at the phone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. 3. Cancellation: You can opt-out of receiving further commercial text messages by responding to any of our text messages with any of the following replies: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to our shortcode. You will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed. You acknowledge that our text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT keyword commands and agree that Color Wow and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests. If you unsubscribe from one of our text message programs, you may continue to receive text messages from Color Wow through any other programs you have joined until you separately unsubscribe from those programs.
4. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
5. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted starting on or about 3/12/2025 at 12:00am EST (US) and ending 4/10/2025 at 11:59 pm EST (US). All entries must be received by 4/10/2025 at 11:59 pm EST. The winners will be selected at random and contacted via text message.
6. How to Enter: Entrants must submit an entry using the online form provided on the Text Landing Page of Sponsor’s website https://colorwow.attn.tv/p/qY3/landing-page
The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
7. Prizes: Thirty (30) winners will each receive a one-year supply of their choice of EITHER Color Wow Dream Coat – 6.7 oz (“Dream Coat”) OR Color Wow Extra Strength Dream Coat – 6.7 oz (“Extra Strength Dream Coat”). Winners must select their choice of Dream Coat upon notification of winning. A one-year supply is defined as six (6) bottles of Dream Coat OR six (6) bottles of Extra Strength Dream Coat. Mixing and matching is prohibited.
Winners electing to receive a one-year supply of Dream Coat will receive the following COLOR WOW products with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) as follows: Six (6) Color Wow Dream Coat – 6.7 oz bottles, each with an approximate retail value of $28 for a grand total of $168.
Winners electing to receive a one-year supply of Extra Strength Dream Coat will receive the following COLOR WOW products with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) as follows: Six (6) Extra Strength Color Wow Dream Coat – 6.7 oz bottles, each with an approximate retail value of $32 for a grand total of $192.
The specifics of the prizes shall be solely determined by the Sponsor.
No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by a winner is permitted.
8. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9. Winners’ selection and notification: The winners and runner ups of the Giveaway will be selected at random by Federici Brands LLC. The Winners’ will be contacted via text message within five (5) business days following the winner’s selection.
The Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to a winner’s spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The receipt by the winners of the prizes offered in this Giveaway is subject to and conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state laws and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT THE SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
10. Terms: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other cause beyond their control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such a case, the Sponsor may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different phone numbers; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an Entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability: Except where prohibited by law, Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such Entrant's participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the Giveaway; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries. Except where prohibited by law, THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE GIVEAWAY.
12. Disputes: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the State of Connecticut having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Giveaway), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
13. Winner’s List: To obtain a copy of the winners’ list, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Federici Brands LLC, 195 Danbury Road, 3rd Floor, Wilton, CT 06897. Requests must be received no later than four (4) weeks from the Giveaway end date.
